Tickets to our quests/events are sold and managed via the Eventbrite platform and as such we will collect some personal data from you to be able to process your order.

All payments for tickets will have to be made via Eventbrite and as a result of this Roaming Quest will not hold, store, or keep record of any payment details outside of their website/platform. Please see Eventbrite's privacy policy if you want to know more about how they will process your personal data.

You MUST include a mobile phone number when you purchase your ticket. This is how we will send you your first clue when the event starts and also how you will be able to ask us for hints throughout your quest. You MUST take this mobile phone with you on the day of the quest in order to be able to play. Roaming Quest will ONLY use your mobile phone number for the purposes of participating in the quest. Once your quest is over we will delete your number. Should you join us again for another quest (we hope you will) then you will need to provide a mobile phone number again on each occasion.

Names and email addresses that are collected via the Eventbrite booking process will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating the quest that you are taking part in. Any personal data provided during the booking process may be held on the Eventbrite platform as per their customs and policies but will not be held elsewhere by Roaming Quest.

If you choose to sign up to our mailing list we will send you emails to the address provided and personal data may be stored to facilitate this on either/both the Wix and/or MailChimp platforms. You are welcome to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time should you wish to.
